– Repair services are performed on a best-effort basis, and due to the condition, age, or hidden defects of appliances, we do not guarantee that every repair will be successful.
– We do not offer guarantees or warranties on repairs unless specifically provided in writing for a particular service.
– If additional faults are discovered during diagnosis or repair, additional charges may apply after customer approval.
– If a customer refuses the recommended repair after inspection, any applicable inspection or visiting charge remains payable and is non-refundable.
